Build Experience Through Practice

Having theoretical knowledge doesn’t mean being able to perform them. Saving lives depends on acting quickly and correctly, and hands-on practice is the foundation of that capability. Our first aid courses give you time to practise CPR, AED use and essential first aid techniques with an instructor guiding you through each skill.

You’ll work with training equipment, practise common emergency responses and receive feedback along the way. By the time you finish the course, you’ll have practised real-world emergency scenarios and built the confidence to respond when you’re needed.

BLS certification is valid for one year. Healthcare providers and other professionals who require current BLS credentials should plan to renew annually.
